These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of PulseEdge (the "App"), published by CauGiay Hotel ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. License to use the App
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use PulseEdge on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except where permitted by law;
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, or extract its source code;
- Use the App in a way that violates any applicable law or infringes the rights of others;
- Circumvent or interfere with the App's security, licensing, or advertising/measurement mechanisms;
- Use automated means to interact with the App outside of normal, individual use.
3. Permissions and system access
PulseEdge requests several device permissions (microphone amplitude reading, display-over-other-apps, notification access, usage access, and others) to provide its edge-lighting and Always-On-Display features. What each permission is used for, and how to control it, is described in detail in our Privacy Policy. You may deny or revoke these permissions at any time in your device Settings; doing so may disable the corresponding feature without affecting the rest of the App.
4. Premium subscription and purchases
PulseEdge offers optional Premium plans (weekly, monthly, and a one-time lifetime option) purchased through Google Play Billing. By purchasing a plan, you agree to Google Play's own terms of sale.
- Pricing and billing — the price and billing period for each plan are shown in the App and in the Google Play purchase screen before you confirm. Weekly and monthly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions billed to your Google Play account at the start of each period unless cancelled before the renewal date; the lifetime plan is a one-time purchase.
- Managing and cancelling — you can manage or cancel a subscription at any time in Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current billing period.
- Entitlements — an active Premium plan unlocks the Premium features indicated in the App at the time of purchase. Entitlements are tied to the Google account used to purchase and are restored automatically on reinstall or on a new device signed into the same Google account, subject to Google Play's purchase-restore behavior.

5. Advertising and third-party services
The App's release build includes third-party SDKs for advertising, analytics, crash reporting, and attribution measurement, described in our Privacy Policy. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
6. Intellectual property
The App, including its design, graphics, and code (excluding open-source components and third-party SDKs, which remain the property of their respective owners), is owned by CauGiay Hotel and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you beyond the limited license in Section 1.
7. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device, and effects such as the edge-lighting animation or AOD accuracy may vary with device hardware and Android version.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CauGiay Hotel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to the App and these Terms
We may update, modify, or discontinue features of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective date" above. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where CauGiay Hotel operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence grants you additional rights that cannot be waived.
