PulseEdge does not require you to create an account or sign in — there is no username, password, or developer-side user profile associated with your use of the App. All of your settings and content (AOD background photo, color/effect preferences, and the list of apps you chose to trigger the effect) are stored locally on your device using Android's app storage, and are never uploaded to a server we operate.
How to delete your data
Delete specific content, in-app: Open Settings in PulseEdge and use the relevant screen to remove a saved AOD background, reset your edge-lighting design, or clear the list of selected apps.
Delete everything at once: 1. Open your device's Settings → Apps → PulseEdge. 2. Tap Storage & cache → Clear storage (or Clear data) to remove all locally stored App data, or tap Uninstall to remove the App and its data entirely.
Either action takes effect immediately — there is no processing delay, because no developer-side database is involved.
Revoking special access
If you previously granted Notification access, Display-over-other-apps, or Usage access, you can revoke any of these independently at any time in Settings → Apps → PulseEdge → Permissions (or the matching special-access screen, e.g. Settings → Apps → Special app access).
Purchase and third-party SDK data
Your Google Play purchase history is managed by Google, not by us — see Google Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions to review it. Some bundled third-party SDKs (advertising, analytics, crash reporting, attribution — listed in our Privacy Policy) may retain data such as your advertising ID or crash/usage events under their own retention policies; you can reset your advertising ID in Android Settings → Google → Ads, or contact us below and we will help you exercise deletion rights with those services where we are able to.
