These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of WheelDecider (the "App"), provided by CauGiay Hotel ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. The App
WheelDecider lets you build custom decision wheels, spin them to get a random result, play three light-weight mini-games (a coin-spin, a mining game, and a multi-touch reflex game), and collect cosmetic items using in-app virtual coins earned by playing. The App is free to use. There is currently no purchase, subscription, or "pay to unlock" flow of any kind in the App — everything is available from the first launch, with no account or sign-in required.
2. License to use the App
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on devices you own or control, for your own personal, non-commercial use.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App except as permitted by law;
- copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the App or any part of it;
- use the App in any way that violates applicable law, or to harass, abuse, or harm another person;
- attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or the services it relies on (see our Privacy Policy for the list);
- circumvent or tamper with the App's virtual-currency system to obtain coins outside normal gameplay.
4. Virtual currency
Coins and other in-App items are virtual, have no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, cannot be redeemed for cash or any other item of value, and exist solely for entertainment within the App. We may adjust, reset, or discontinue the virtual-currency system at any time without compensation.
5. Your content
Wheels, option names, colors, and the avatar photo you choose are created and stored by you, on your own device (see our Privacy Policy for details on local storage). You are solely responsible for the content you create in the App, including making sure you have the right to use any photo you select as your avatar. We do not host, review, or have access to this content — it stays on your device unless you choose to share a screenshot or similar outside the App yourself.
6. Copyright / intellectual property complaints
WheelDecider does not host, distribute, or allow users to share content with other users — everything you create (wheels, avatar photo, etc.) stays on your own device, as described in section 5 and in our Privacy Policy. The App itself, including its design, artwork, code, and trademarks, is owned by CauGiay Hotel or our licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
If you believe that the App itself (its own artwork, code, or branding) infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us at cghotel1206@gmail.com with:
- a description of the copyrighted work or right you believe is infringed;
- a description of where in the App the alleged infringement is located;
- your contact information; and
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized.
We will review and respond to complaints as promptly as we reasonably can.
Because the App does not host or transmit user-submitted content to any server or to other users, there is no "notice-and-takedown" mechanism for user content — any content you create in WheelDecider exists only on your own device and remains your sole responsibility.
7. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WheelDecider's wheel-spin results and mini-game outcomes are for entertainment purposes only and are not intended to be relied upon for decisions with legal, financial, medical, or safety consequences.
8. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THANH MICH LTD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE APP WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE APP (WHICH, AS OF THE EFFECTIVE DATE OF THESE TERMS, IS ZERO, AS THE APP IS FREE).
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
9. Third-party services
The App uses third-party services (advertising, analytics, crash reporting, attribution) described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those services' functionality within the App is also subject to their own terms.
10. Changes to the App or these Terms
We may update the App and these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Effective date" above when we change these Terms. Continuing to use the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to CauGiay Hotel's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
