These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of VolumeDial (the “App”), provided by CauGiay Hotel (“we”, “us”). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
VolumeDial replaces the default Android volume bar with a customizable on-screen dial that appears when you press the physical volume keys. All features — dial appearance, colors, haptics, gestures, presets, app exclusions, and Quick Settings tiles — are available to every user at no charge; there is no premium tier, subscription, or in-app purchase in this version of the App.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use VolumeDial on devices you own or control, solely for your own personal use, in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.
You agree not to:
VolumeDial lets you pick images, GIFs, and font files from your own device to personalize the dial’s appearance. These files are copied into the App’s private storage on your device only — VolumeDial does not upload, host, publish, or share these files with us, with other users, or with any third party. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any file you choose to use with the App (for example, do not select images or fonts you do not own or are not licensed to use). If you have any copyright concern related to the App itself (for example, its own artwork or assets), contact us at cghotel1206@gmail.com and we will investigate promptly.
Using certain features requires granting Android system permissions (Accessibility Service, display-over-other-apps, notifications, etc.). Details of what each permission is used for are described in our Privacy Policy. You may decline or revoke any permission at any time in Android Settings; some features will stop working as a result.
The App uses Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Remote Config) as described in our Privacy Policy. Your use of the App is also subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service and, to the extent applicable, Firebase’s terms.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by CauGiay Hotel or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers any ownership rights to you beyond the limited license granted in § 2.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or Android version.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CauGiay Hotel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the effective date above when we do. Continued use of the App after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
We may suspend or discontinue the App at any time. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it.
